My car was very well serviced and everyone was polite. However, you could take some pointers from other local dealers! The dealership where I used to go had a coffee machine and bottled water for customers, in addition to individually wrapped cookies and vending machines. That was always appreciated!

I had gotten a quote from another dealer for a CR-V for my daughter and was planning to close on the deal the next week and the dealership was a few blocks from my home.
