Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Auto sales experience preferred, but not required.
Automotive Sales Consultants Job Requirements
- Greet and assist clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Listen to clients to determine their needs, then provide options
- Follow up with prospective clients and return calls, texts & emails.
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Be able to maintain above average CSI scores.
JUNIOR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments
- Greet clients in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information
- Serve as the liaison between the client and technician; ensuring the clients needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the client
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system.
- Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.
Qualifications

- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Automotive Knowledge and/or Sales Experience Preferred But Not Required
- Must be able to pass a DMV license check and background check

MASTER AUTO TECHNICIAN
Bill Kay Honda is growing and looking to add Master Technician to it's team! We are seeking hard working individuals with experience in a shop or dealership and the desire for opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complete diagnosis , multi-point vehicle inspections, and other vehicle maintenance related operations
- Perform repairs and maintain vehicles as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Updating and using relevant technical and system knowledge to clearly document all work performed
- Clearly communicating with the service team including service advisors and parts counter-persons
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently by following all safety standards
Requirements:
- Master Certified (preferred)
- ASE Certification a Plus
